Project Manager
Before the entire design team would migrate to Figma, best practices needed to be established to ensure consistency by all designers. We would need to download all Sketch and InVision files, upload and organize in a way that made files more discoverable than their previous process.
Getting started
My team reported directly to program managers within the client's DesignOps group. Once I understood the requirements, I split the team and delegated based on skillset/experience with the tool.
A weekly status report was provided for the client as the team made progress. This tracker was created for the client to check the status in between the weekly touchpoints, creating more transparency into our efforts during this engagement.
